Rick, I must tell you that I have plenty of experience with mortuaries in San Diego and Riverside counties and none come close to the level of care, compassion and integrity which R-J delivers.  At the time, I had no clue how good you all are.  Reynolds-Jonkhoff delivers Malcom-Baldridge Award quality customer service.  Definitely the Ritz-Carlton of the funeral industry.  You are the face of success I know from R-J.
